Client: Kelly Bliss Project: Sales & Contact Management System Details: Filemaker-based database system allows client to manage contacts, advertising sales, and marketing campaigns. Dynamically generated web pages containing ad sales per category are saved as static pages and posted to public website. Entire system was recently upgraded from a direct FMP solution to an IWP solution with custom Lasso pages for category ad generation. A portion of the system is also searchable from the public website to allow companies to check if they are currently listed.

Client: PAI Project: Swim Club Management System Details: Filemaker-based database system allows client to manage bond holders and their members at more than 15 separate Clubs - each with their own custom invoice and rate system. Client uses the system to generate yearly invoicing and create swim club cards. System also tracks number of deleted records, directors, and guest passes. Client also records actual monetary payments and tracks payment status with system. New Clubs are added periodically, requiring custom layouts, scripts and fields to accommodate Club’s requirements. |

Client: Celebration Theater Project: Ticket Sales and Show Management System Details: Filemaker-based database system allows client to manage contact information of potential and current show attendees, shows and performances, and ticket sales. Client can also view tally of sales by show or performance. Web-based access is provided through a Lasso front-end. |
